Log into your Rebag account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact and all accessories, such as dust bags and authenticity cards, are included.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 2 business days.

Inspection and Refund

Once our experts verify the item's condition and intact security tags, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
